The Story Behind the Cacao
After taking a traditional Mayan chocolate-making workshop in Belize while on vacation with my family, I knew I wanted to bring a piece of this experience home to my clients here in Canada. As an artist and wellness practitioner, I'm always seeking new ways to help my clients feel grounded and present in the moment, and the traditional Mayan ceremonial paste I discovered on that trip gave me a way to do exactly that.
The cacao used in this experience is sourced from Ajaw Chocolate, honoring the same Mayan traditions that I experienced while travelling in Belize, so that every cup carries not just flavor, but story, ceremony, and heart.
